Job summary

ALULA is seeking a Maintenance & Production Technician to join our team on a Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm shift. Base pay is $23.05 per hour for a full-time, non-exempt role focused on keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, assist with start-ups and modifications, troubleshoot, and help with facility operations to minimize downtime and meet quality and safety goals. CAD/HAZOP experience is not required here.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Ability to complete a background check.
• Certifications or licenses as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and meet throughput targets.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support start-ups/modifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment and identify downtime improvements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for repairs.
• Assist with sanitation and facility operations as needed.
• Support supervision and provide input for process improvements.
• Maintain tools, parts, and a safe maintenance shop.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as temporary supervisor when needed.
