Job summary

Ruger Firearms is seeking a Production Associate on a 4th shift schedule. Three consecutive 12-hour shifts run Friday through Sunday, 3:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A $3.00 per hour shift differential applies to all hours on this schedule.

Responsibilities include front line production, basic to complex machine operation (CNC turning/milling), assembly, and other duties as assigned. Must be 18+, able to pass background and drug screen; on‑the‑job training is provided for motivated candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• Willing to work overtime if required.
• Must pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate front line production tasks; basic to complex machine operation.
• Operate CNC turning and milling machines, assembly work and other duties as assigned.
• Be flexible and adaptable to change; willing to work overtime.
