Job summary

Bailey International is seeking an entry-level manufacturing assembler in Knoxville to operate and maintain stations that assemble and calibrate components per specifications. You will use hand and power tools, test parts, keep records, and work in a clean, safe environment.

A high school diploma or GED is typically required, with 0-1 year of general work experience. The weekend shift runs Friday to Sunday, 5:30am to 6:00pm, and the role reports to a supervisor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works in designated roles: Saw Operator, Painter, Assembler, Packer.
• Performs the duties of a packer.
• Collaborates with the production team to complete orders accurately and on time.
• Interprets instructions and follows management direction.
• Maintains safety and keeps the work area clean and hazard-free.
• Understands production workflow and selects appropriate equipment.
