Job summary

The Pictsweet Company in Bells, Tennessee is hiring a weekend production associate for 1st and 2nd shift on Saturdays and Sundays. Typical hours are 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, with times potentially varying by position. Wages start at $23 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Sort, casing, setting up bins, product inspection and removing defective product.
• Scoop product and prepare for packaging.
• Clean up, stretch wrap and other duties as assigned.
• Follow company policies, procedures and safety instructions.

The Pictsweet Company is growing! We are currently looking for a weekend production associate to join our team! We offer a 1st and 2nd shift position on Saturday and Sunday. Typical shift hours are 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. Times may vary an hour either way, depending on the exact position.

Wages start at $23 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Depending on the position, will perform tasks such as sorting, casing, setting up bins, product inspection, removing defective product, and scooping product, clean up, stretch wrap, busting out product, or other various duties.


• Must follow instructions including company policies, procedures, and safety instructions.


• Must comply with Food Safety Standards (GMP).


• Must keep work area clean and orderly.


• There will be periods of standing, bending, pulling, walking on hard surfaces, reaching, and lifting.
