Solera Senior Living in Austin is seeking a compassionate PRN Server to support weekend shifts at The Reserve at Lake Austin. The Server delivers attentive, courteous dining for residents while upholding cleanliness and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and service-oriented.
• Excellent customer service attitude.
• Must receive the annual Flu vaccine (excluding exemptions).

Responsibilities

• Serve resident meals in a timely and professional manner.
• Reset and prepare tables for the next meal service.
• Serve room trays as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Adhere to food quality, presentation, and appearance standards.
• Exhibit serving speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service.
• Clear dishes and assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Serve customers with proper etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
• Ensure diets are served correctly according to policy and procedure.
