Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid FL professional license/registration.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under PT supervision.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Weekly progress notes documenting patient progress.
• Collaborates with all disciplines for patient-centered care.
• Excellent patient service and clinical excellence.
• Punctual and professional behavior.
• Geriatric rehab or neurology experience preferred.
• HIPAA and Residents' Rights compliance.
