SYNERGY HomeCare of Conover is seeking dependable Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide non-medical home care on a PRN weekend basis at clients' homes in the Conover area.

The role requires compassionate, professional conduct, weekend availability, ability to work independently, and background check clearance. Pay ranges from $15.50 to $21.00 per hour, with benefits such as direct deposit and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

SYNERGY HomeCare of Conover is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide care and support to clients in the comfort of their homes on a PRN (as-needed) basis during weekends.

Pay:

$15.50–$21.00 per hour

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, availability, and level of care provided.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, PCA, CNA, or home care experience preferred

Important Note

While CNA certification is welcomed and valued, this position is for non-medical home care services. Caregivers, including CNAs, will perform non-medical duties in accordance with the client's care plan and North Carolina home care regulations. Responsibilities may include personal care assistance, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, transportation, and medication reminders. No skilled nursing services or medical procedures are performed in this role.
