Job summary

Asheboro Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Asheboro, NC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab team on a PRN weekends schedule. You will perform OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes.

This role requires a current NC OT license and SNF experience preferred, with a flexible weekend schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by AOTA.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Holds current NC license/registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders.
• Develop treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration and modalities.
• Document progress and generate discharge summaries and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with rehab staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Cover other therapists' caseload during absences.
