Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN weekend support in a SNF/long-term care setting. Compensation ranges between $35.00 and $45.00 per hour, reflecting market rates for weekend coverage.

The role requires an AOTA-accredited OTA degree, NBCOT COTA certification (state requirements may apply), and current licensure. You will provide OT treatments under supervision, support personalized care plans, and ensure compliant documentation and
