Qualifications

• 18+ with high school diploma/GED or relevant experience.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Birmingham Metro.
• Valid Driver's License and Insurance are a must.
• Smartphone proficiency for scheduling and care notes.
• Clear background screening.
• Dementia or memory care experience is strongly valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Provide meaningful companionship and engagement.
• Meal preparation and nutritional support.
• Light housekeeping directly related to client care.
• Transportation to appointments or errands as needed.
• Accurate documentation and proactive communication with the care team.
• Observe and report changes in condition.
