Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Primary Care NP/PA to provide on-site care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Longview, TX. This part-time role focuses on weekends, offering meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care.

The ideal candidate holds an active NP/PA/Physician license and has at least 6 months of LTC experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for elder care. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/Physician license.
• Texas license in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare.
• Prolonged standing/walking. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Computer work. Lifting/moving patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care goals.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.
