Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant (NP/PA) to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care facilities in Kilgore, TX. This is a part-time position, weekends.

The successful candidate will perform exams, take medical histories, diagnose and treat conditions, order tests, develop care plans, prescribe medications, and collaborate with facility staff to deliver person-centered elder care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA license required.
• Texas state license in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Passion for elder care and patient-centered healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care goals
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents
