Aufgaben

• Prepares ingredients for cooking and service by washing, peeling, cutting, slicing, chopping, portioning, measuring, and assembling food items.
• Prepares cold items: salads, dressings, sauces, spreads, sandwiches, desserts and garnish per recipes and portions.
• Sets up pantry and cold line stations before service and stocks items as needed.
• Plates and assembles resident meals during service, coordinating with line cooks for timely delivery.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment per regulations.
• Monitors food temperatures and documents variances; supports safe food handling.
