Job summary

Your Employment Solutions is hiring a Machine Operator in Draper, Utah for a weekend-only role. You will work Friday through Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM, in a clean room manufacturing environment using laser, welding, and CNC equipment.

Expectations include operating production machines, precise cutting, and logging data with MES; PPE is required. Starting pay is $21.62 per hour, reflecting the weekend shift and 12-hour days.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Comfort working with chemicals and wearing full PPE for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Reliability and attention to detail in a precision manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of production machines including laser, welding, and CNC equipment.
• Perform precise cutting operations to tight specifications.
• Work in a clean room and follow protocols to maintain product integrity.
• Handle chemicals safely using required PPE.
• Use MES to track and log production data.
• Operate handheld scanners for inventory and process tracking.
• Set up and use microscopes for inspection and quality verification.
