Job summary

Generac is seeking qualified painters for weekend shifts (Fri–Sun). Painter I–III responsibilities include loading, hanging, painting, and inspecting parts in a high-heat powder coat environment. Candidates must meet PPE and safety requirements and have basic HS diploma and up to 2 years experience.

Positions offer hourly pay with weekend premiums; strong emphasis on safety and quality in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience for Painter I.
• Ability to pass pulmonary function test for PPE.

Responsibilities

• Load, transfer, and unload parts on the paint line.
• Hang/rack parts for coating and inspect quality before/after finishing.
• Paint in the paint booth and maintain equipment.
