Job summary

San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living is seeking a Registered Nurse for on-call/per diem PM shifts on weekends in Unit F2, located in San Francisco's Excelsior neighborhood. Responsibilities include care planning, assessments, and supervising staff to ensure quality care for residents.

The role requires RN licensure in California, CPR, and strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. On-site shifts with weekend coverage and potential for growth are offered in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, active RN license in California.
• Current CPR certification.
• BSN preferred.
• Two years of acute or long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Skilled in clinical assessment, supervision, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and initiate individualized care plans based on resident needs upon admission.
• Continuously assess residents and update care plans accordingly.
• Communicate significant changes in residents’ conditions to the health care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Supervise daily nursing care delivery on the unit.
• Provide guidance to LVNs and CNAs.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, including Title 22.
