Job summary

KI is hiring a Plastics Technician for the Green Bay, WI manufacturing facility on a Weekend Workforce A shift. The shift runs 10pm-10am on Fri and Sat, with an additional 8-hour shift during the week.

Weekend shift includes a $3.00/hour premium and a $1.00/hour raise within the first year. Responsibilities include operating injection molding machines, assembling chairs, inspecting parts for quality, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience helpful.
• Willingness to learn and train on any shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines, including trimming and packaging of parts.
• Assemble chairs, including packaging and labeling of product
• Inspect parts produced to ensure quality
• Pack and label knockdown product
• Clean work area/machinery
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
