Fieldhouse Pizza & Pub North is hiring a part-time dough production associate in Spokane, WA. Weekend shifts are mandatory, with pay ranging from $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC) is required.
• Two years of dough production/baking experience preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Strong work ethic with reliability and attention to detail.
• Team player with courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift 80+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Attend all required meetings and arrive on time.
• Ensure all dough/prod items meet recipe specs for prep and quality.
• Proper packing, organization and preparation of skins for delivery.
• Complete opening, running, closing duties and related side work.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure food safety procedures, regulations and laws are followed.
• Maintain a safe working environment to reduce incident and injury risk.
