Banner Health is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our Banner University Medical Center - Phoenix team. This full-time position provides weekend coverage (Sat-Mon, 6:30am-7:00pm) in a high-volume academic medical center with Magnet recognition, offering diverse modalities and growth opportunities.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, document outcomes, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure optimal recovery and patient

Qualifications

• Graduated from an APTA-accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Must possess a current Physical Therapy license within the State of practice.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient functional abilities and limitations; establishes plan of care and goals.
• Implements and documents individualized treatment plans.
• Communicates progress to physicians and care team; involves patient and family.
