Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited physical therapy program with a bachelor’s degree.
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative therapy to residents and patients within the Signature HealthCARE network.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Support outpatient rehabilitation services through Signature Rehab and nursing home programs.
