Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Toileting assistance and incontinence care as needed
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and snacks according to client needs and instructions
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Laundry, changing bed linens, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and mopping
• Washing dishes and maintaining a clean living environment
• Report changes in client condition to the supervisor and follow care plans
