Sharp Home Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to provide one-on-one non-medical home care for seniors and adults in Marietta and surrounding Cobb County communities.

We have weekend assignments available with potential for additional weekday shifts, training, and ongoing caregiver education. Join a supportive team that values reliability, communication, and quality care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in home care is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized home
• Prepare light meals and assist with household tasks as needed
• Follow individualized service plans and complete required documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and the Sharp Home Care office
