Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in patient care in the operating room.
• Position and transfer anesthetized patients with care.
• Assist with cleaning and preparing operating rooms after cases.
• Ensure availability of instruments and supplies for procedures.
• Provide emotional support to patients during pre-operative activities.
