Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Occupational Therapy license in New Jersey.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapist services per practice standards.
• Document and bill therapy services per CMS/NetHealth requirements.
• Screen residents for intervention needs.
• Evaluate residents to inform treatment plans and goals.
• Develop treatment plans with short and long-term goals.
• Communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to residents and team.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth.
