AristaCare Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house team in New Jersey, with weekend and per diem shifts. You will provide OT services to residents, conduct screenings, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, an active New Jersey OT license, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active NJ OT license required.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to residents per established standards.
• Adhere to documentation and billing procedures.
• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans with short/long-term goals.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to residents, families, and the team.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
