Job summary

Compass Health Network Company is seeking a Nurse RN for the Royal Oaks Hospital, primarily focusing on compassionate care for children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in nursing and preferably a Bachelor's. One year of psychiatric experience is preferred, and an RN certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of psychiatric experience preferred.
• Registered Nurse certification required and must pass MO NCLEX exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care for children and adolescents.
• Coordinate individualized care with physicians and therapists.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Mentor new nursing team members.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts.
