Royal Oaks Hospital, a part of Compass Health Network, is seeking a Nurse RN on weekends with night shifts to support inpatient adolescent care. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide trauma-informed, compassionate care and help youth move toward emotional stability.

This full-time role requires an Associate's degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred) and MO NCLEX within 90 days of graduation.

Schedule: Friday-Sunday 8pm-8am

As a Registered Nurse (Float) at Royal Oaks Hospital, you'll play a key role in providing safe, high-quality care to children and teens working toward emotional and behavioral stability. You'll be part of an interdisciplinary team that values collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence - helping each patient move toward hope and healing.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

At least one year of psychiatric experience preferred

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

RN or GN that must pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation required
