Are you a dedicated caregiver looking for weekend hours? We are seeking to fill multiple shifts on weekends for our Patient Care Aide role at Northland Heights Assisted Living Facility in Pittsburgh.

Our PCAs provide supervision and assistance to ensure residents feel genuinely cared for. They observe and report any changes in resident status to the appropriate charge person. Our goal is to deliver the best service possible, with a focus on honoring resident requests.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing care, supervision, and assistance to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
• Receiving and giving shift reports for assigned residents to the charge person.
• Changing linens, collecting soiled linens, and distributing clean linens as required.
• Assisting residents in maintaining their rooms, bathrooms, and personal belongings in a clean and orderly manner.
• Providing guidance and assistance with personal care functions such as grooming, haircare, shaving, nail, teeth, and mouth care, dressing, bathing, toileting, walking and transfers, eating, and recording weights as directed.
