Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of one year work experience in public contact job, preferably in a medical office environment.
• Current CMA or RMA or current LPN certification.

Responsibilities

• Answer after-hours patient calls and relay urgent concerns.
• Document thoroughly in patient charts in the EMR.
• Assist clinicians with patient reports.
• Assist with prior authorizations, referrals, and medical records.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
