Abraxas Youth and Family Services is seeking a Youth Development Technician for weekend, part-time shifts at our South Mountain program in Pennsylvania. You will work directly with youth to maintain a safe, structured environment during sleep hours and morning routines, while modeling positive behaviors and supporting skill development.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass federal/state background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and pass background checks.
