Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification and documenting entries/exits.
• Monitor vehicle, pedestrian, and delivery traffic at entry points and direct authorized persons to loading/shipping areas.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify site contacts or emergency responders as required.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
