Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security‑related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to site contacts and leadership.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
