Compass Group USA’s Eurest division is hiring a part-time Cook at the Alaska Airlines Training Center in Renton, WA. You will prepare meals following standardized recipes and ensure timely service for Saturday and Sunday shifts.

The role requires independent work, strong organizational skills, and customer service experience. You will assist in ordering and receiving supplies, maintain HACCP-compliant standards, and operate kitchen equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring food is at correct temperature and presentation.
• Maintains sanitation and safety by following HACCP standards and safe food-handling procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance needs or equipment faults to supervisor as needed.
