Qualifications

• Proven electro-mechanical aptitude based on experience/education.
• Familiarity with Metasys or Schneider Electric Controls or equivalent platforms; understanding of control programming/graphics.
• Knowledge of BACnet and Modbus protocols.
• Familiarity with energy management, HVAC, and related/integrated systems.
• Ability to work in a team and provide dedicated customer support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead BAS system operators, troubleshoot problems, and guide teammates on resolutions.
• Diagnose and repair routine electronic control system malfunctions.
• Manage workflow to meet professional execution, timing, and customer satisfaction.
• Report problems or changes to management promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
