Job summary

Crandell's Enterprises is hiring a Weekend Paraprofessional to provide compassionate care for adults in our group home setting. The position requires documenting changes in client health, maintaining records, and communicating with families and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and preferably a CNA 2; a valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred as noted.
• CNA 2 certification highly preferred but not mandatory.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years in mental health and elderly care.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage weekend responsibilities.
