Legacy Healthcare LLC – Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon in Lisbon, Iowa is seeking a Weekend Package Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time weekend shift (Saturday-Sunday 6a-6p). We offer a weekend package with consistent hours and the chance to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, med administration, assessments, documentation, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality resident

Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN license or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Complete assessments and documentation.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting exceptional resident care.
