DePaul's Apple Blossom Apartment Treatment Program is hiring a Residential Assistant for the weekend overnight shift. Under the direction of the Residence Manager, this role assists with case management, care and training to residents (does not involve a case load).

The position involves a Friday & Saturday 10:30 pm – 7:00 am shift, supporting residents with independent living skills, safety, and daily routines, while documenting progress and participating in team meetings.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma is required.
• Human services experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide teaching, supervision, and support to residents in areas of independent living.
• Observe, monitor, and document resident behaviors and progress in accordance with agency standards.
• Assist in the preparation of nutritious meals, including food preparation when needed.
• Assist in the implementation and supervision of recreational activities.
• Complete household chores assigned by supervisor to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Supervise and document resident medications in accordance with agency policies.
• Perform any other duties necessary for the effective and efficient operation of the community residence.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required by supervisor.
• Work as a member of the residential team for each resident, giving relevant input for treatment team meetings, staff meetings, utilization reviews, and other meetings.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations for self and others.
