Job Details:

• Providing 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes, including pet care
• Patient: 8-year-old with developmental delay, gastrostomy, non-ambulatory, non-verbal, oxygen dependence, seizure activity, tracheostomy, ventilator use
• Part-time scheduling; full-time and per diem cases available
• Weekend nurses needed for overnight and day shifts
• Patient-specific training provided
• Additional cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (contact us for more info)

Available Shifts:

Apply for one or both days:

Shift 1 -

• Saturdays & Sundays overnight shifts, 8AM-8PM (24 hours total)
• Potential weekly salary (24 hrs): $1,008

Requirements:

• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care required
• NYS Nursing licensure required
• Computer literacy necessary
• Completion of onboarding before training
• Ability to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of shift
• Malpractice insurance required

Compensation:

• Sign-on bonus starting at $2,500*
• $42/hr for the first 6 months, then $34-$35/hr
