ChristianaCare is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse II for the Newark, Delaware OR. This weekend overnight role involves scrub and circulating responsibilities within a high‑acuity surgical environment, collaborating with top surgical teams to ensure patient safety and exceptional outcomes.

BSN is required or must be pursued within three years; RN licensure and OR experience are essential, CNOR is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire
• Current RN licensure required
• Must have Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience
• CNOR certification a plus
• Candidates must be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating responsibilities
• Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule ranging from part‑time to full‑time hours, including both day and overnight shifts, during orientation and training
• Orientation will include both day and overnight shift experiences to ensure comprehensive training and competency across all aspects of the role

• Provide OR nursing care in scrub and circulating roles
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Support orientation and training program for new OR staff
• Participate in weekend overnight schedule and flexible orientation process
