The LPN will monitor health needs, administer medications and treatments, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and consistent care.

This role requires working Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on the recurring

Qualifications

• Active DC LPN license.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• DDS Phase Trainings completed.
• Ability to pass background checks and regulatory clearances.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Reliable transportation to DC location.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health needs and administer medications.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes and documentation.
• Communicate changes promptly to the interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, and staff.
• Support continuity of care during admissions, discharges, and transitions.
• Follow infection-control and safety procedures.
