Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with five or fewer points.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities.

• Use electronic software to complete documentation.
• Take clients to complete fun activities.
• Help clients maintain a clean living environment.
• Communicate effectively with team and family members.
• Attend all paid training and team meetings.
