Job summary

Q is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our Weekend Overnight manufacturing team in Dover, NH. This role requires independent setup and operation of 3-axis CNC vertical mills using Doosan equipment, with probing and precise inspection to meet tight tolerances.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of CNC mill setup experience, can troubleshoot tooling and offsets, and maintain quality during a fast-paced shift schedule Friday to Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hands-on CNC mill setup and operation experience.
• Ability to independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot Doosan CNC mills.
• Experience with 3-axis vertical milling and precision inspection.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate 3-axis CNC vertical milling machines.
• Perform complete machine setups including fixtures, tooling, and offsets.
• Set up and operate Doosan CNC mills with probing for setup and in-process verification.
• Read drawings and verify parts against tolerances with precision measuring tools.
• Identify issues and implement process adjustments to meet quality standards.
