Job summary

Asheboro Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Asheboro, NC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our weekend PRN team. The OT will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide comprehensive therapy to residents in a long-term care setting.

Candidates must hold an OT degree recognized by AOTA and an active NC license; SNF experience is preferred. This role offers a flexible weekend schedule, competitive rates, and an in-house rehab team dedicated to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Develop and document treatment plans with long and short-term goals.
• Deliver comprehensive therapy and modify treatment as needed.
• Document progress, plans, and discharge summaries timely and accurately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to facility policies.
