Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse responsible for delivering direct and indirect nursing care to patients at the Richland Hospital. This role requires a commitment to work full-time or part-time, primarily during weekends, offering a dynamic environment within a Level I Trauma Center.

The ideal candidate will manage patient care plans, perform assessments, and educate families while ensuring a safe environment. Competitive compensation includes a bonus potential of $15,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a registered nurse or completion of Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Current RN compact/multistate license recognized by NCSBN.
• Ability to work weekends and manage patient care effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision.
• Develop and update individual patient care plans.
• Collect data, perform nursing assessments, and monitor patient status.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team and family members.
• Educate patients and families on care and health management.
