Valparaiso Care & Rehabilitation is seeking an Weekend Option Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care on-site in Valparaiso, IN. You will build relationships with residents and staff, support physical and psychosocial well-being, and document changes in condition accurately.

Qualifications
