Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Weekend Option Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate geriatric care at Valparaiso Care & Rehab. You will assess residents, document changes, and work with a multidisciplinary team to support physical and psychosocial well-being.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff.
