Weekend Only - RN or LPN - Full Time Days

Position Details

This role offers a base wage plus shift differentials, with an additional premium rate of $15.00 per hour for weekend shifts.

Weekend Only Warrior (WOW) Program
  • Part-Time: 24 hours per weekend (Saturday/Sunday), with every 6th weekend off.
  • Full-Time: 36 hours per weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday), with every 6th weekend off.
  • Includes shift differentials between 2 PM - 6 AM and holiday considerations.
Position Summary

Perform medical treatments and personal care under physician guidance, enhancing the well-being of our elders/clients through respectful and professional interactions. Support Tabitha’s LIVE2Care Culture and Core Values.

Essential Functions
  • Follow physician’s orders, administer medications, and monitor patient responses.
  • Assess physical, mental, and psychosocial status, documenting accurately and timely.
  • Supervise Med Aides, provide patient education, and update care plans as needed.
