Extended Care LLC is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide quality-driven care to residents in our Illinois facility. RNs will guide nursing staff, administer medications, document care, and maintain safety standards in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of nursing assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Complete required documentation for resident admission, discharge, and transfer.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Conduct daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

RN Requirements:

• Active Nursing License as required by the state
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Compliant with state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
• Ability to positively relate to residents and visitors
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
