Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine West Linn seeks a per diem Recovery Coach to support adolescents on their path to recovery from eating disorders. This on-site role requires weekend evening availability (2:00 PM–10:30 PM), with a 4-shift monthly commitment.

Responsibilities include participating in treatment plans, supervising meals, facilitating group activities, and providing observations and support within the milieu. A driver’s license is required, with relevant health-care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years post-high school education required; Bachelor's in Psychology preferred.
• At least 1 year of mental/behavioral health experience is desirable (state-dependent).
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving history; good communication and client-relations skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through recovery per treatment plan.
• Engage clients in developing healthy connections within milieu and team.
• Assist in food prep and supervise client meals and snacks.
• Expose clients to group activities and build core skills for growth.
• Conduct rounds and provide client observations.
• Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments.
