Our Direct Care Workers are the keystone of our business, providing essential services to seniors and their families, helping them maintain independence daily. Our Caregivers embody virtues such as compassion, care, dependability, professionalism, honesty, flexibility, problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and love. To those we serve, our HHAs represent who we are and what we stand for.

Services range from basic companion care (light housekeeping, sitter care, meal prep, etc.) to more personal care (incontinence care, transferring, dressing, bathing, etc.). We offer various shifts to fit your work/life balance, from 1-24 hours (live-in), weekends, nights, mornings, etc.

Additional Requirements:

• At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work professionally with diverse personality types
• Three references
• Proof of a recent clear 2-step TB/PPD test
• Successful background check
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training are a plus
• Availability every other weekend
